I've seen a new building coming up in Salmiya on Salem Mubarak Str (opp. Thuraya Complex, on the crossing). It's called Piccadilly and get this, the whole complex will be dedicated entirely to restaurants and coffee shops. The last time I chacked, Kuwait was filled with eateries and cafes, littered all over the place. This is one of the few good things that we have in Kuwait (although i didn't mention it in my earlier post); but do we really need an entire building ONLY for this?
On the other hand, I have to say that it's quite creative. At least it's better than building another mall...
